Ordu Tradere Sweepstakes Official Rules

1. Sponsor

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C., age 18 or older.
Void where prohibited by law.
Employees of Ordu Tradere and their immediate household members are not eligible to enter.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes begins on November 25, 2025 at 12:01 AM MST and ends on January 15, 2026 at 11:59 PM MST.
All entries must be received within this period.

4. How to Enter

A. Purchase Entry

Entry Calculation:
Each completed purchase transaction earns one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.

Participants will also receive one (1) bonus entry for every $100 spent cumulatively across all qualifying purchases made during the Sweepstakes Period (calculated before taxes and shipping).

Spending from multiple purchases will be added together to determine bonus entries.

If a purchase is canceled, refunded, or charged back, the amount of that purchase will be deducted from the participant’s cumulative total and any associated entries will be void.

Note:
Entry count is based on transaction completion for the base entry, and cumulative spending for bonus entries.

Qualified Purchase Definition:
A “qualified purchase” is defined as a purchase made directly through the official Ordu Tradere website during the Sweepstakes Period. Purchases made through third-party sellers, marketplaces, resellers, social media platforms, or any source other than the official Ordu Tradere website do not qualify for entries. Only orders completed through the authorized Ordu Tradere online checkout system are eligible.

Timing Requirement:
A purchase must be fully completed and successfully processed by the payment system before the Sweepstakes end date to qualify as an entry.

No Pooled or Shared Spending:
Cumulative spending is calculated per individual customer account and per individual person. Purchases made by multiple individuals may not be combined to generate bonus entries.

Multiple Account Restriction:
Participants may not use multiple emails, customer accounts, identities, or mailing addresses to obtain additional entries. The Sponsor may combine or void entries it determines were submitted by the same individual.

B. Free Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE)

No purchase necessary.
To enter for free, mail a hand-written postcard with your:

• Full Name

• Mailing Address

• Phone Number

• Email Address

• Statement: “I am entering the Ordu Tradere Sweepstakes.”

Each postcard equals one (1) entry.
Postcards must be postmarked by January 15, 2026 and received by January 20, 2026.
One entry per mailed postcard. No bonus entries for mail-ins.

AMOE Volume Safeguard:
The Sponsor may restrict AMOE submissions to a reasonable quantity per person, household, or mailing address if it determines that submissions are made in excessive volume intended to manipulate the Sweepstakes.

5. Prizes

Prize 1:
$500 cash or $500 Ordu Tradere store credit (winner’s choice).

Prize 2:
10 boxes of Beautiful Delicate Moan.

Prize 3:
$250 cash or $250 store credit (winner’s choice).

Prize 4:
$100 cash or $100 store credit (winner’s choice).

Prize 5:
1 box of Beautiful Delicate Moan.

Cash or Store Credit Definition:
For prizes offering “cash or store credit,” the winner may choose one of the following:

1. Cash Option – Cash may be issued as physical cash (mailed securely) or via an approved electronic method such as PayPal, Venmo, bank transfer, or another service offered by the Sponsor.

2. Store Credit Option – Store credit equal to the stated prize amount, usable exclusively on the official Ordu Tradere website.

Store credit has no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and may only be used by the winner.

Store Credit Non-Transferability:
Store credit is non-transferable and may only be used by the winner.

Winner Payment Information Requirement:
Winners are responsible for providing accurate payment details. The Sponsor is not liable for failed payments caused by incorrect or incomplete information submitted by the winner.

No prize substitutions allowed except at Sponsor’s discretion.
Winners are responsible for any taxes associated with their prize.

6. Odds of Winning

Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received from both purchase and free entry methods.

7. Winner Selection & Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing within 7 days after the Sweepstakes end date.
Winners will be contacted via the email or phone number provided.
Failure to respond within 72 hours may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

Verification Requirement:
Sponsor may require proof of identity, age, residency, and ownership of the email or account used to enter. Failure to provide verification within the timeframe provided will result in disqualification.

8. Publicity Release

By entering, winners agree that their first name, last initial, and/or city and state may be publicly announced by Sponsor, unless prohibited by law.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor may disqualify entries that are incomplete, tampered with, or generated by bots or automated systems.

Definition of Disqualification:
A disqualification means the participant’s entries are removed from the Sweepstakes and the participant is no longer eligible to win any prize. Reasons for disqualification may include:

• rule violations

• fraudulent activity

• chargeback abuse

• use of multiple accounts

• manipulation attempts

• false information

• refusal or failure to provide verification

• actions deemed by the Sponsor to undermine fairness

Fraud and Chargeback Abuse Clause:
Any suspected or confirmed fraud, payment reversal, unauthorized transaction, chargeback, or attempt to exploit the entry system will void all associated entries. The Sponsor may investigate and permanently disqualify any participant involved in fraudulent behavior or chargeback abuse, regardless of prize outcome.

Technical Error Limitation:
Technical issues, payment-processing errors, system failures, or service interruptions do not entitle participants to additional entries, adjustments, or compensation.

Right to Modify Rules:
The Sponsor reserves the right to update, amend, or modify these Official Rules at any time for clarity, administrative purposes, or to address issues that may arise, provided that such modifications do not materially disadvantage participants who have already entered. Any updates to the Official Rules will be posted on the official Ordu Tradere website and become effective immediately upon posting.

By entering, participants release and hold harmless Ordu Tradere from liability arising from participation or prize acceptance.

10. Privacy

All information submitted is used solely for Sweepstakes administration and is not sold or shared.

11. Governing Law

The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles.
